Lecturer - Business (Level 1 & 2 Programmes)

28.8 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team at Uxbridge College. You will teach across a range of courses in Business, at all levels, focusing on BTEC Level 1 and Level 2 programmes.

You will need to possess a degree in Business or related area, and have successful teaching experience in the subject area, including experience of teaching BTEC programmes and experience of teaching Level 1 and Level 2 learners.  You should be able to maintain high levels of student retention and achievement, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of all ages, and have strong IT skills.  An advanced level teaching qualification is desirable but not essential, and training and support will be provided to achieve the Diploma in Education and Training.
