What you’ll be doing

• Setting up online assessments
• Releasing assessment information to students
• Monitoring online assessments
• Assisting students taking their exams
• Delivering online invigilation
• Preparing and running of face-to-face exams
• Booking and training invigilators
• Supporting product managers with exam paper printing
• Assisting with sending out physical transcripts
• Dealing with students’ enquiries by email, phone and via online portal

• Experience of working in a professional academic support team
