We have a number of exciting opportunities within our successful Learning Skills and Development Services department, working effectively with other members of the team and ensuring support to our students who have high needs or have declared support to access learning and college facilities.  We have two vacancies, one at our Trowbridge site and one at Salisbury.  

About the Role

Within this rewarding position, you will support individuals by a variety of ways according to their needs. This support may include, assisting learners managing their heath & wellbeing including the administration of emergency medication where appropriately trained and working with learners inside and outside the classroom environment to develop their confidence, independence and abilities.

About You

We need candidates who can engage and motivate students and support them to achieve their full potential. To apply you will hold both your English and maths qualification at Level 2 (GCSE C/4) and have experience within supporting young people and adults with profound and moderate learning difficulties.
