We have an exciting opportunity for talented, committed Trainer Assessors to join our Business Solutions team. We are looking for Sessional Trainer/ Assessors with relevant up to date industry experience and qualifications to work on both our Distance Learning and our Apprenticeship/Work-based programmes. You will deliver inspirational Training & Assessing to ensure all learners are supported to succeed.

We require Sessional Trainer Assessors who can make an immediate contribution to the team, as well as deliver a high level of service and support to our learners and employers. You will plan and prepare innovative training and assessment activities either remotely, in college or in the workplace; assess and give feedback on a regular basis; mark and standardise work; engage with internal and external moderation processes; monitor the performance of learner’s progress, engage with employers and provide effective intervention strategies to ensure timely achievement for all learners.

Relevant vocational qualifications are essential and applicants must already have Teaching & Assessing qualifications or be willing to work towards.
