Assessor in Health and Social Care (Adults, Children and Young People)

Pembrokeshire College is currently seeking to appoint an assessor/s to work with candidates in their workplace to enable them to gain the new suite of qualifications. The role will include undertaking assessments in the workplace, assisting candidates in the preparation of their portfolio of evidence, carrying out progress reviews and regularly liaising with both candidates and employers. 

Salary Details:     
£23,581– £25,534 BAR £26,366- £29,295 pro rata
(equivalent to  £12.26- £13.27 BAR £13.70 -£15.23 per hour)                        

Hours of Work:       
Full Time (37 hours per week) but both full time and part time will be
considered for the right candidate.

Contract Type:    Salaried - Permanent

Qualifications:   
It is essential to hold a relevant qualification at minimum Level 4.
Ideally you will also hold a recognised teaching/assessing qualification
(such as TDLB, D32, D33 or A1 Award) and an Internal Verification
Qualification. If you do not hold this qualification, Pembrokeshire College
will support you in gaining this during your employment, within an agreed
timescale.

Recent experience of working in the Care/Health sector is essential.  Ideally, you will also have completed a Health and Social Care qualification in a related field.
