Inverness College UHI is fast becoming one of Scotland’s top performing colleges with student outcomes being among the best nationally. We are recruiting a Personal Development Advisor to support students throughout their learning journeys from pre-entry to positive destinations.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and inspirational individual to support students throughout their learner journey, with a special consideration for supporting the physical welfare needs of individuals struggling with the impact of Covid 19. This may include access to food and essential items, financial advice and support and signposting to combat isolation.

This is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact on the lives of our learners and to make a real difference. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, inspirational individual who will bring empathy and understanding to the variety of challenges individuals may face during their studies.

The successful candidate will need to motivate, encourage and bring enthusiam to the delivery of our support service and will have an aptitude for building positive relationships with a wide range of individuals.  

The post holder will be subject to a PVG Scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland before commencing employment.
