We are seeking to appoint a highly organised, professional individual to provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to the Directors at Harrow College. This is a busy and challenging role with a varied workload, including diary management, dealing with correspondence and incoming calls, arranging meetings and minute taking. You will work closely with other College staff to ensure an efficient and effective service is provided.
You will have at least three years’ recent experience as a PA, Secretary or Administrator in a busy environment, and will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be able to prioritise your work effectively under pressure, have excellent attention to detail and be able to work flexibly, using your own initiative to see projects completed. You should possess excellent IT skills including advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email, and have fast, accurate keyboard skills with minute-taking experience.
