To provide support to the Office Manager in a busy manufacturing company. Dealing with general administrative duties, answering phone, using bespoke software package, integrated accounts. Duties include processing purchase ledger invoices, raising sales ledger invoices/statements, dealing with export documentation &supporting administrators.
The finance assistant apprentice role is one which requires accuracy and attention to detail.
Providing administrative and accounting support to the finance and sales administrator your role will include:
- Dealing with customer finance enquiries
- Entering purchase ledger invoices
- Sending sales invoices and statements
- Scanning documentation to ensure electronic filing of all documents is up to date
- Training to be given on accounts software and customer service
