We are also seeking Learning Support Assistants to work in our Foundation provision, which may involve working with learners with more complex needs.

You will need to possess good communication skills, both written and verbal, and have some experience of working with young people, and preferably some experience of supporting people with learning difficulties/disabilities and/or challenging behaviour.  You should be able to work effectively as part of a team and be able to motivate and support young people.
