Contract: 37 hours per week, Permanent
As the primary contact point for the users across the College, you will help the Customer Service Team Leader to embed the incident management processes and will be responsible for enabling the service desk to deliver high quality services.
As a key role for the College you will work with the service desk team and ensure that service requests are handled appropriately to provide an excellent user experience and increase the level of first-time fix for issues raised including remote fix.
At times you may be asked to deputise for the Customer Service Team Leader and this will include coordinating and facilitating the day-to-day running of the service desk at one of the main sites, and assist in the triaging of calls and work.
