WHAT WE DO 

We are a 50 plus strong Student Recruitment and Marketing Department and are located in central Leeds with easy access to the train station, our customer experience teams are located at various campus sites across Leeds and are part of Luminate Education Group.

Our aim is to build a friendly, enthusiastic team with a passion for working with people and to deliver an outstanding customer experience to our students.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will be part of a team of customer service advisors whose main focus will be to deal with a number of different questions and queries while supporting our student journey from application to enrolment.

• Provide customer service, information and guidance over a number of different contact facilities (calls, webchat, email and face to face)

• Be the first point of contact for all contact coming into the contact centre

• Working against KPI’s and meeting or exceeding set targets

• Organising and updating systems and schedules

• Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

• Frequently attend coaching, 121’s and staff development sessions to improve knowledge and productivity

• Take an active part in all college student recruitment related events such as open days and curriculum specific activities

• Promote course specific curriculum programs and activities

• Work to flexible and diverse work flows and shift patterns in line with business needs

YOUR PROFILE 

• Literacy and Numeracy at Level 2 or above

• Relevant Customer Service qualification/training/experience

• Experience of working in a customer focused role/environment

• Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft office / google applications

• Experience of working to targets and KPI’s

• Good knowledge of CRM systems or record keeping systems

• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements

• Good communication skills

• Good attention to detail and accuracy

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
