We require an organised individual with excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills to fill this key role in the College.  

Working with the Academic Standards Manager, you would be responsible for ensuring full compliance with awarding body regulations and requirements in order to maintain high quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the College.  You would ensure that the college staff understand and comply with external regulations, which involves liaison with awarding body representatives and staff across the College and being proactive in disseminating information in order to maintain expected standards.  In addition, you will contribute to the College’s Quality Assurance processes through organisation of the annual curriculum assessment health check. You would also maintain computerised tracking systems and produce regular reports.   

You will be educated to ‘A’ Level or equivalent with good communication, teamworking and interpersonal skills, and will have gained at least two years’ administrative experience in a busy environment.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access is required, along with excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and handle complex information and instructions.  Experience in an educational environment and knowledge of Awarding bodies’ practice would be an advantage.
