Luminate Education Group consists of; Harrogate College (HC), Keighley College (KC), Leeds City College (LCC), Leeds Conservatoire (LC) and White Rose Academies Trust (WRAT).  Luminate Education Group is one of the fastest improving and most innovative education groups in the country. 

WHAT WE DO 

The Supported Engagement Programme has several courses which sits underneath it, all of which aim to support students who require something different to enable them to achieve. This can be for a number of reasons, but generally, most students benefit from a year in a small campus environment with some level of support. Some students may not have yet achieved the GCSE results needed to progress onto the vocational course of their choice. There are three distinct course offers within the Student Engagement Programme. each of which has been developed to maximise student progression, they are, Foundation in Further Education (16-18 full-time provision), The Prince’s Trust TEAM Programme and a Flexible Start offer. It is recognised that there is a need to further develop the flexible start programme as part of the offer to enable students who are NEET (not in education, employment or training) to engage throughout the academic year. Students referred to this course often have Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) and/or additional SEND needs which resulted in their disengagement from school. Many of the students who attend this provision have an Education, Health and Care Plan.

We are looking to recruit an exceptional leader to join our team within the inclusive provision and SEND directorate. You will be part of a wider leadership team and will have the opportunity to collaborate across the Luminate Group.

If you are an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen and you were resident in the UK on or before 31 December 2020, you have until 30 June 2021 to apply to the EU Settlement Scheme, you can continue to prove your right to work in the UK with your passport and identity card up until 30 June 2021. 

There is no change to immigration and right to work for British and Irish Citizens.
