We have an exciting opportunity within our dynamic and ambitious recruitment team, for an experienced International Recruitment Manager to develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies in target Countries. Working with the Student Recruitment and wider College teams, this role will focus on identifying and building relationships with a network of existing and new recruitment agents and partners utilising market intelligence to inform recruitment strategies.

You will be highly organised, have a systemic approach to your work and excellent project management skills.  You will be enthusiastic about recruiting international students to Plymouth College of Art, have an ideas focused outlook and have excellent relationship management skills. Knowledge and experience of HE international recruitment is essential.

You will be required to collaborate with a range of stakeholders, both inside and outside the College, and will be the principal resource of student recruitment expertise within the institution for your international market portfolio.  An understanding of the HE international admissions process, including Student Visa, CAS issuing and HE fee assessing processes, would be advantageous.

This role will require some evening and weekend working to support recruitment events and relationship management of stakeholders based in Countries with different time zones. If you have previously studied or worked at a creative University or art School that would be favourable, however, this is not essential.
