WHAT WE DO 

The Luminate Education Group is looking for a Senior PA & Communication/Project Coordinator to work as part of the Executive Support team to provide professional support to members of the Executive Team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will report to the Executive Support Team Manager/Executive Assistant to the Group CEO to ensure outstanding, professional and confidential support to members of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

As part of your role, you will:

  • Provide professional support, maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality across the group 
  • Plan, manage and deliver communications to key stakeholders
  • Plan, manage and deliver ELT led projects and implement across the FE colleges and Group as appropriate 
  • Undertake research and produce documentation and reports
  • Produce accurate and timely minutes
  • Work closely with the Group Communications team to deliver outstanding internal and external communications

You will start your journey with us splitting your time between the Park Lane Campus and home working. Going forward we expect the role to return to full time office based work.

  • Strong written and oral communication skills and the confidence to challenge others
  • Proven ability in planning and organisation with exemplary attention to detail and a methodical and meticulous approach
  • Ability to prioritise and to keep to deadlines within a challenging environment.

In addition, you will be:

  • A high-calibre, confident individual with proven ability to manage complicated projects with high levels of autonomy and a proactive approach
  • A team player who is self- motivated and be able to work as part of a team.
