The apprenticeship service team provides admin support the curriculum areas to ensure that apprenticeship enrolment and progression is of high quality. Applicants must be committed and enthusiastic with excellent IT and communication skills. An ability to understand and interpret data and utilise Google and Microsoft packages is required.

Your tasks will include: Undertaking all aspects of administrative and clerical tasks, including word processing duties, production of letters, use of databases and spreadsheets, mailshots, email, photocopying, faxing and filing.  Dealing effectively and professionally with telephone and face-to-face enquiries from businesses, staff and students.  Carrying out general admin duties relating to the different areas of work across the College with a focus on apprenticeships. Maintaining effective filing and computerised systems including Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) as required. Tracking apprenticeship vacancies and update employers. Liaising with catering to arrange hospitality when required.  Assisting at enrolment, assessment centres and other college events, including evenings and weekends as required.  Maintaining accurate student records using College management systems and supporting with College events such as open evenings, careers fairs.

Substantial experience of working in a customer focused role/environment. Experience of working in a team. Experience of using data to drive developments. Experience of Query handling to other teams. Managing a range of tasks to conflicting deadlines.
