Are you a strong leader, experienced in IT and Service Desk management? Are you a fastidious project manager AND an engaging people person? 

New City College is recruiting a highly motivated leader to assist the Group Director in achieving our objective of providing an efficient, aligned IT service. You will be critical in making sure that all staff and students receive a consistently positive experience, whatever their campus, and that our IT service evolves in line with the changing needs of students and staff.

A series of college mergers has brought about many opportunities and challenges for our growing IT Services team. We are seeking an individual who will address and take on these challenges with positive results. Someone who will support, develop and innovate strategies to provide the best technological requirements to support student achievement and the College’s Strategic Intent.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of IT and Service Desk management processes and extensive experience in policy writing with strong analytical skills. You will have loads of experience and enthusiasm, be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold relevant professional qualifications.
