We have an exciting opportunity in our team; we are looking for a Digital Content and Conversion Project Officer to drive conversion across Plymouth College of Art Pre-Degree, Undergraduate and Postgraduate programmes. Working with Student Recruitment and the wider Brand team this role will focus on coordinating communications and content for applicants and enquirers. You will also ensure that the college’s CRM system is utilised effectively across the directorate to drive conversion in support of recruitment.

You will be highly organised, have a systemic approach to your work and excellent time management skills.  You will be enthusiastic about recruiting students to Plymouth College of Art, have an ideas focused outlook and have excellent communication skills, including copy-writing and content production. An interest in education and progression and knowledge of international recruitment will be advantageous.

You will be required to support all of our recruitment activities and work across teams to ensure a seamless and effective student journey. You will also be required to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and analyse and report against web-traffic and KPIs. This role may require some evening and weekend working to support events. If you have previously studied or worked at a creative university or art school that would be advantageous, however, this is not essential.

This role is initially suitable for remote working and does not require the successful candidate to attend meetings in Plymouth.
