The Art & Design faculty area are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to take on this important role as Achievement Coach for the area. You will have an understanding of the needs of FE students and the Barriers they face in achieving their dreams, you will be expected to work closely with the Vocational, Maths and English team and therefore require excellent communication skills and a strong team work ethos. You will have a vital role in the pastoral support of our learners and a key part of this will be monitoring attendance and providing support in tutorial sessions, you will also be required to provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable learners age 16-19 and 19+. You do not need any experience or knowledge within Art & Design. Experience of supporting people with Mental Health and Well Being is highly preferable. Ideally we are looking for the right applicant to start as soon as possible.
