We are looking for enthusiastic and supportive individuals to take on this important role as an Achievement Coach for Maths and English. You will have an understanding of the needs of FE students and the barriers they face in achieving their dreams. You will be expected to work closely with the Vocational, Maths and English team and therefore require excellent communication skills. You will have a vital role in supporting our students to make good progress with their learning and build the confidence they need to take their next steps in education. This role will include; monitoring attendance, providing 1-1 targeted support, tracking and monitoring student progress, liaising with parent where appropriate, support students to effectively target set and action plan.
