At Morley College London, we provide long-term, sustainable and affordable programmes of lifelong learning across three centres – North Kensington, Chelsea and Waterloo – including 16-19 provision at North Kensington and Chelsea.

The College is looking to appoint Student Progress Advisors to the North Kensington Centre for Vocational Education and Training.  This role will support the curriculum in enhancing student attendance and engagement through developing strategies to improve attendance whilst working closely with academic colleagues to support the performance of learners at risk of disengagement.

The centre delivers long established creative programmes in Ceramics, Jewellery and Glass and currently hosts The Rhythm Studio (for 16-19) programmes in music production and business.

You will have an excellent understanding of 16-19 and post 19 accredited provision, including study programmes, and the challenges and barriers to academic progress students on this provision may face and significant experience of supporting students to positively address and overcome barriers to learning in order to maximise their achievement.

This role is for a passionate and resilient individual who is committed to the transformative power of learning and developing powerful partnerships with colleagues and coaching relationships with a wide range of students and stakeholders.
