As the College embarks upon on an exciting and ambitious journey to be an outstanding provider, the College is searching for a highly motivated and quality focused Deputy Head of English and Maths.
Our managers work with few rules but clear boundaries and enjoy autonomy to independently lead and shape their areas of responsibility. We are looking for an individual with a background in English and Maths provision including quality improvement and innovative practice. They will have lots of enthusiasm, will embrace change and will provide strong operational and developmental leadership that empowers our staff and students to achieve outstanding outcomes.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- You will drive the English and Maths strategy, support curriculum management and teams to improve TLA and improve the progress and outcomes for every learner studying English and/or Maths
- You will be an ambassador for English and Maths for the organisation, represent the college both internally and externally and lead on future bids and current projects
- We are looking for those who are: Innovative and can demonstrate significant experience of working successfully with staff Continually seeks to raise standards and prove resourceful and embraces change
