We are seeking to appoint two Lecturers, one full time and one part time, to join our successful ESOL team at Harrow College. You will teach on full and part-time ESOL courses on a range of levels from Pre-Entry to Level 2 including group tutorials, numeracy and IT for ESOL. You would also take a leadership role on some courses and contribute to curriculum development.
You will need to possess a degree or Level 3 qualification in a relevant vocational area, together with an approved English Language Specialist Teaching qualification (minimum CELTA/ Cert TESOL) and an advanced level teaching qualification (PGCE/DET). You will need to have experience of teaching ESOL in Further Education, including experience of teaching 16-18 year old learners. Experience of course co-ordination and curriculum development in the FE sector is also a requirement for the role.
