Nottingham College is one of the largest further education colleges in the country creating opportunities for employment and progression to higher education for the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire; raising their prosperity and that of the local economy.

The Faculty Area of Science has recently moved to the new City Hub, which hosts brand new, state of the art facilities, including a specialist dental laboratory.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated dental technology tutor with a specialism in orthodontics, to work with our level 3 students in the final year of their course. Ideally the successful candidate will have experience of teaching at Level 3, however this is not essential as training will be provided.

They will have a minimum of two years' experience of working within the dental / orthodontics industry and will also be GDC registered. The role will also include additional duties that will entail progress monitoring and administration so organisational skills are vitally important. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate that they can use new learning technologies and will continue to update their skills through CPD.

The post will be shortlisted against the essential and desirable criteria at application stage from the person specification. Please ensure that you have a look at the Specification and Role Profile and complete your application directly from this, as these specifications are an integral part of the selection process. The Role Profile can be viewed on our vacancies page www.nottinghamcollege.ac.uk/vacancies.

Interviews/assessments are planned for Friday 11th December 2020
