Drivers (PT - Term-time only)

Up to 22.5 hours per week

The College is looking to recruit two suitably qualified drivers to be part of its Estates team. The postholders will be responsible for driving a College minibus to transport students from designated pickup points to the College campus, and/or vice-versa.

Working hours are typically 7am – 9am and 4pm – 6pm daily, although this may vary from time to time, subject to the requirements of the College.

The positions will be based at our Walford campus but there may also be a requirement to work at the Oswestry campus, depending on staffing or operational requirements.

Suitable applicants must hold a valid UK driving licence, with D1 category.

Experience of driving a minibuses desirable, although training will be given.

You will be reliable, a good time-keeper and have a pleasant professional manner.

On days where there is no driving requirement (e.g., training days when the College is closed to students), the post holder may be required to assist caretaking staff with duties or tasks, as necessary.
