Learning and Skills Lead - Policing

We are recruiting a Learning and Skills Lead - Policing to successfully lead and manage curriculum area teams through effective line management and performance management. The Learning and Skills Lead - Policing will assist with the management of the curriculum portfolio in order to meet the strategic objectives of the college, but particularly to improve success rates across all areas of the curriculum.

All new leaders and managers will undertake the college's in-house leadership and management programme, 'Determined to Lead' (DtL), in addition, the successful applicant will be supported to undertake a relevant internal management qualification (CMDA, L5 L&M or L3 L&M).
