Business Administration Apprentice ( INSIGHT UK ENTERPRISES LIMITED)


This is an exciting role supporting the HR and Accounts team in a junior administrative role undertaking general administrative duties as well as additional responsibilities as below.

An exciting and fulfilling role with a full range of administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the business.

Duties will include;

  • Assisting the HR / Accounts departments maintain all personnel and finance files
  • Data entry
  • The administration and monitoring of all site keys
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Maintaining company stationery supplies
  • Ordering stationery and stocks as required
  • First contact for incoming enquiries and assigning to help desk
  • Setting up meetings to colleagues
