Head of School – Creative and Digital
As a key member of the College Leadership Team this position is responsible for the overall day to day running and strategic direction of the School of Creative and Digital.
You would be expected to drive the growth and development of the School and be responsible for the outstanding outcomes of the learners who study within it.
Reporting to the Assistant Principal Teaching and Learning within the Academic Centre, you will be responsible for the leadership and the efficient and effective running of all aspects of the provision including: Study programmes, Adult provision and commercial opportunities.
You will provide strong academic planning and operational leadership within the School and have specific responsibility for developing and overseeing educational, scholarship and professional practice across the School for all staff and students.
You must have a track record of team leadership, successful curriculum management in Creative and/or Digital Provision and demonstrable ability to manage all elements of Study Programmes including Maths, English, employability and work experience.
It is desirable to have experience of leading and delivering on projects and have experience in production and implementation of an Art Exhibition, End of Year Show or Showcasing events.
Qualified to UK Honours Degree or NARIC equivalent. You will also have a recognised teaching qualification at Level 4 or above along with a relevant professional qualification at Level 3 or above.
