We are looking to recruit a Work-based Assessor to join our successful team in the School of Business and Professional Studies. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join this growing team and support our cause: to help employers across the region to nurture and develop their workforce in professional areas including HR, accounting and procurement.

As a Work-based Assessor for Professional Studies, you will be assigned a caseload of candidates to manage and monitor. You will review the progress of your Apprentices and support them with portfolio preparation.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing Higher and Degree Apprenticeships, so a Level 6 qualification in general management or equivalent is essential.

We particularly welcome applications from those with experience in one of the following areas:
• CIPD (Human resources)
• CMI (Management)
• CIPS (Procurement)
• AAT (Accounting)

In addition, you will need to have a flexible approach and excellent organisational and interpersonal skills.
