Apprentice IT Infrastructure Technician

To provide technical and application support to internal customers across the UK and China, investigate and resolve support incidents, escalate issues. Prepare / deliver training where required and maintain documentation. As well as working with 3rd party service providers to resolve incidents.

Duties will include:

  • Handle 1st/2nd line support for internal incidents, problems and requests
  • Respond to questions from end users about the features and capabilities of the supported applications
  • Monitor interfaces and carry out associated basic troubleshooting / resolution
  • Office 365/SharePoint Administration and development
  • Creating new users
  • Deploying mobile devices
  • Setting up new PC’s
  • Coordinating and working with Software Providers when necessary
  • Produce internal documentation
  • Undertake other various projects and tasks as necessary
  • Infrastructure and LAN support
  • Mobile device support
