An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Chief Operating Officer to join Dudley Academies Trust.

Working closely with the Chief Executive, this role is integral to the delivery of the Trust’s strategic aims. The successful candidate will play a key role as a member of the Trust’s central team.

We are seeking to appoint a committed leader with a proven track record of delivering continuous improvement. You will provide strong strategic leadership and have a wide range of operational experience across a number of key academic and non-academic services for the Trust.

You will be supported in this role by a diverse central team of specialists in the areas of Teaching and Learning, Inclusion and Safeguarding, Compliance, Governance, Marketing, Finance, Data, IT, HR and Careers.

In its third operational year, the Trust is transforming education in our academies, developing an aspirant culture and a dynamic learning experience that is rapidly improving educational outcomes for all learners.

You will have significant experience of successful senior leadership and be able to demonstrate a clear knowledge and understanding of the principles and practices of effective school improvement. Most importantly, you will share our commitment to provide a first class educational experience for all learners and to be the preferred employer for our staff.

Assessment days will be held on Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th December 2020. Note: successful applicants will be invited to one assessment day.

It is anticipated that formal interviews will be held on Friday 11th December 2020.
