This is a unique dual role within Loughborough College, working in both the Further and Higher Education sectors of Engineering. You will be managing programmes for school leavers all the way through to final year degrees.

Loughborough College are looking for someone who can lead and take ownership of implementing the new T level qualifications in the Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Creative areas. You will lead on developing the curriculum offer on T levels initially in Construction and Digital Media to start in September 2021, with more to be implemented in future years. You will also be line managing the HE  Engineering delivery team and be responsible for implementing a new Engineering degree programme.

To be successful in this post, you will need to be enthusiastic, demonstrate good planning and a commitment to delivering high quality learning experiences. Excellent communications skills are essential, and you must have the ability to work effectively in teams and autonomously. Teaching, management and industrial experience would be advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
