This is an exciting role supporting the HR and Accounts team in a junior administrative role undertaking general administrative duties as well as additional responsibilities as below.
An exciting and fulfilling role with a full range of administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the business.
Duties will include;
- Assisting the HR / Accounts departments maintain all personnel and finance files
- Data entry
- The administration and monitoring of all site keys
- Maintaining filing systems
- Maintaining company stationary supplies, ordering stationary and stocks as required
- First contact for incoming enquiries and assigning to help desk
- Setting up meetings to colleagues
