Administrator - Performing Arts

18 hours per week, term time only

We require a well organised, flexible and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Performing Arts section, based at Hayes Campus.  You will undertake a wide range of administrative responsibilities including producing correspondence and reports, diary management and communicating effectively with students and staff throughout the College.  

You should have a minimum of 2 years’ administrative experience, preferably gained in the education sector.  You should also have excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills, and will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and experience of using IT systems/databases.  You will be a good team player, able to work flexibly and on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
