Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will play a key customer service role within the new Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW) building at Perth College UHI.  The £7.5 million pound facility is a significant investment from the College with support from Sportscotland.

The purpose of the facility is to provide exceptional services and enhance our vibrant campus to staff, students and community groups, in doing so further enhancing the reputation of Perth College UHI.

As a Receptionist you will play a vital role in the daily operations of ASW. You will be part of the team at the forefront of our sporting and wellbeing facility providing a professional, customer focused reception service.  As the first point of contact, you will be expected to deliver a service which is friendly, welcoming and informative to all customers.

The role of Receptionist is to undertake a range of front of house duties including administrative and financial tasks which ensure the efficient running of ASW.  It is vital that you are highly knowledgeable about all our services and are able to respond in detail to customer enquires or to sign post customers to wider members of the team as required.

It is essential that you have a flexible approach to work; the ability to work early mornings, evenings and weekends would be required.

Please note interviews will be held on 14th October 2020
