In this Role you will oversee the maintenance and development of the HR management information system, ensuring the system is up to date, accurate and organisational changes are correctly reflected. You will have a thorough understanding of computerised payroll systems, processes and experience of providing a payroll service in an organisation with at least 300 staff. You will also work closely with colleagues in Finance and MIS to provide the data required for financial and business planning purposes. You will be highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and the ability to understand, manipulate and explain data.
