We are looking for an outstanding candidate to lead Uxbridge College’s Business School. You will be responsible for the full range of provision on full time programmes, both Vocational and Management/Professional, and also commercial/apprenticeship provision.

The successful candidate will have a record of success in curriculum management, good understanding of awarding body regulations and up to date knowledge of curriculum reform.  You should also have knowledge of value-added methodology, financial budgets, excellent IT skills and a good understanding of Further Education funding.  

You will lead a team of Section Managers, Course Team Leaders and Lecturers and you should therefore have a range of management skills including excellent communication and team leadership as well as good planning and organising abilities.  An advanced level teaching qualification is essential, together with the knowledge and experience to motivate the team and maintain our high standards of success.
