Contract: 37 hours per week, Permanent

At Nottingham College, our operating model for HR is agile to be a visible, valuable and trusted partner and we need an experienced and self-motivated Head of HR/Senior HR Business Partner with effective leadership skills to join us as we put our strategy into action and with some pace!

You will be a self-starter, a highly competent professional who is as comfortable leading on complex workforce matters as rolling up your sleeves to sort out the basics. A confident communicator with a collaborative style, you will have personal & professional credibility, be able to build strong and effective relationships and the know how to deliver a truly outstanding HR service that exceeds customers’ needs.
