Location: Holme Lacy Campus
We are seeking a flexible, highly motivated individual with appropriate qualifications and experience to teach on our Level 2 and Level 3 Equine and Farrier Access programmes at Herefordshire, Ludlow & North Shropshire College. Your base will be at the Holme Lacy campus.
The role will include tutoring, teaching and assessment of learners in all aspects of equine management and welfare. You will require a thorough understanding of both the industry and be sympathetic to young people wishing to progress into higher education and the equine industry. Ideally with a teaching qualification, you will demonstrate a passion for motivating and encouraging young people to achieve to the best of their ability, helping them to meet the industry's occupational standards and maximise their potential within this exciting sector.
This role will commence as soon as possible and last till approximately December, the days of work are likely to be Tuesday/Wednesday approximately 5 hours a week.
