This is an exciting opportunity to join Leeds City College's Inclusive Provision and SEND Administration Team as a School Administration Data Facilitator. This role will support the School Administration Team Leader in ensuring that as a Directorate we are compliant with all funding and auditory requirements and that we met all funding deadlines. This will include monitoring and analysing all data monitoring and disseminating data reports to Head of Departments on students attendance, register attendance and in year retention data. The successful candidate will also provide training and support to the team on new systems and procedures through training sessions or one to one support meetings. The post holder needs to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications, experience of working with databases, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
