We are looking to recruit a Learning Support Co-ordinator to work with students with barriers to learning and line manage a small team. To assess the needs of students with SEND and provide advice and guidance to academic staff on best practice, targeted interventions and bespoke delivery where needed. A flexible approach and the ability to adapt to the needs of the students are essential. A highly organised person who can manage their own workload and prioritise where needed. To complete support plans and paperwork in a timely manner to ensure that the appropriate funding is claimed.
