Apprenticeship Assessor (Skills), (Part time)

Part time 18.5 hours per week
The Digital and IT department wish to appoint a Trainer Assessor to deliver on a range of standards and short courses at levels 2 to 4. The role will include delivery and assessment of apprenticeship qualifications. You will be responsible for the delivery of a case load of work which will include assessment and training activities remotely, in college workshops and the workplace, quality/audit compliance, student guidance and support. You will ensure that appropriate developments are undertaken to support delivery against quality assurance, self-assessment processes, case load targets and objectives. The ideal candidate will be experienced with current standards ranging from Infrastructure Technician and IT Solutions level 3 and Software Developer and Network Engineer level 4. You should have good communication skills, be able to work both independently and as part of a team, and be fully committed to working with young people.
