Associate Lecturer - Business

We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for an Associate Lecturer in Business to become a key member of our Business department.

Associate - Lecturer for HE Courses at Level 4, 5 and 6 (Unqualified) £23.00 per hour   Associate - Lecturer for HE courses (Qualified – PGCE/Cert Ed or equivalent) £24.00 per hour

As an Associate Lecturer in Business, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Preparing, delivering and assessing Leadership and Management CMI level 3 and level 5
  • Supporting and guiding students to achieve success and realise their potential.
  • Managing students’ learning and providing a high quality learning experience.
  • Contributing pro-actively to developments in the Centre in innovative teaching.

Our ideal candidates will have leadership and management experience, successful experience of providing  training, assessing  and/or education to young people and/or adults and up to date knowledge of the current developments in own specialist area,  alongside the following qualifications:

  • Level 5 relevant Management or Business qualification
  • GSCE Maths and English (grades A – C) or equivalent

Contract Type –Bedford College Professional Services Ltd (BCPS Ltd)

1 day per week- Wednesday evenings (term-time)
