We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and ambitious Head of Curriculum Operations to join our Learning, Teaching & Enhancement (LTE) Directorate and work in a strategic role to help deliver our strategic plan. The successful candidate will manage our Curriculum Operations team and will work across our entire academic provision from pre-degree to postgraduate programmes. As the head of this highly able team, the successful candidate will support the development of our curriculum structure and its associated operations. The postholder will help shape our delivery models, resourcing, timetabling, attendance modelling and learning analytics work to support our staff and students’ success.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a broad range of knowledge and expertise across academic timetabling and resource allocation/modelling, a commitment to partnership working and championing the staff and student experience. The role will help ensure the highest standards of learning, teaching and assessment in support of PCA’s strategic plan.
