Vocational/Workplace Coach/Assessor - Management and Professional

Due to growth in our Apprenticeship provision, Solihull College is looking to recruit trained and experienced workplace coaches in the following subject areas:

• Management up to Level 6
• HRM up to Level 5
• Project Management up to Level 4
• CIPS up to level 4

Successful applicants must have relevant vocational experience and sufficient knowledge of the relevant standards and related End Point Assessment requirements to enable them to manage a caseload of candidates and advising employers and apprentices across the West Midlands and beyond. 

A working knowledge of current vocational qualification developments in the occupational area is necessary.
