Facilities Coordinator

We are seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support the Head of Estates in delivering an exceptional service to our staff, students and visitors across our three Campuses.  

Reporting directly to the Head of Estates, this vital operational role is responsible for the caretaking delivery service, service level delivery and day to day maintenance of all College sites.  This will be supported by the facilities helpdesk, Estates Team and PPM schedule. The post is also responsible for line managing the Caretaking and Estates Administration Team.

If you have proven experience of working in a busy Estates Department, including experience of compliance & Estates operations and procurement & service contracts we would love to hear from you. It is also essential that you understand purchasing / finance and have experience of line managing staff. An understanding of FE, a BIFM Level 3 qualification (or working towards) and a Health and Safety Qualification (or working towards) would be advantageous.
