Payroll Manager

An opportunity has arisen to come and join the Nottingham College Payroll Team as Payroll Manager. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, and as part of the Finance Team, the key agenda is to streamline processes and enhance the profile of the Payroll Team.

We are looking for someone with a passion for payroll, who will come in and build great working relationships with the current team of two, provide training as necessary and to lead the way in reporting. The right candidate will ensure they are both up to date with legislation and confident in advising on the impact of any changes. There is also the possibility of a new Payroll System on the horizon and the Payroll Manager will be pivotal to ensuring the effective planning and implementation for this.

The right candidate will be an experienced Payroll Manager who is able to work accurately and to tight deadlines, as well as being a great problem solver with excellent customer service skills.
