Course Team Leader - Maths - GCSE and Functional Skills

We wish to appoint a Course Team Leader for Maths, to help co-ordinate the delivery of GCSE and Functional Skills Maths and provide leadership for a team of Lecturers.

You will need to possess a relevant degree and an advanced level teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. PGCE / DET).  You should ideally also have at least two years’ experience of delivering GCSE or Functional Skills English or Maths successfully and an excellent knowledge of the subject area.  You should be able to supervise and motivate the team and have the ability to work effectively with other curriculum teams and advise on the embedding of English and Maths in the College.
