We have an exciting opportunity to learn while you earn as a Modern Apprentice Claims Administrator.

The aim of the Business Solutions team is to provide a single point of contact for local, regional national and international employers in relation to their workforce development needs, enhancing the student experience by brokering work related learning opportunities. 

As the Claims Administrator Modern Apprentice, you will provide claims related administrative support to the Business Solutions team, in particular for our Apprenticeships.  

Your main accountabilities would be:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely data is input, to support claims for funding;
  • Providing accurate and timely monitoring reports;
  • Responding to telephone and email enquiries, providing a high level of customer service.
