Askham Bryan College is a specialist land-based college based across the North of England. We have an exciting opportunity for a Course Manager to join our Agriculture team in Newton Rigg. This role will be working 37 hours per week.
The successful candidate will lead on the course management and work closely with the Agriculture Programme Manager to drive forward quality and ensure high standards within all elements of the study programme, full cost, community and adult education provision.
Educated to degree level or above in Agriculture or similar and preferably hold a Teaching Qualification. You should hold a Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy or be willing to work towards this qualification.
You should have excellent knowledge of the further education sector and excellent sector-based links to ensure the curriculum is planned to meet employer and sector needs. It would be desirable to have knowledge of IT.
